Art Woolf is an Associate Professor of
Economics at the University of Vermont
where he has taught since 1980. He was State
Economist for Governor Madeleine Kunin and
writes a weekly column on the Vermont
economy for the Burlington Free Press.
Associate Professor Woolf will discuss how a
combination of some critical factors currently
in Vermont affects taxes, spending and the
economy overall.
